RSS Guide

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for the distribution of web content. It allows you to receive updated news without having to constantly check the original site for updates. We offer an RSS feed that includes news, events, and links back to our site for the full article. The primary ways of reading RSS feeds are in news readers and Web logs (blogs).

How to access the RSS feed:

  • My Yahoo allows you to receive RSS feeds from many sources.  If you already have a Yahoo account, you can use this link to add the IBIT feed to your My Yahoo page.  If you do not have a Yahoo account, you can create one here.

  • Another web based option is Bloglines, which provides a place for you to read all of your RSS feeds in one place.

  • SharpReader is a free Windows application for reading RSS feeds.

  • NetNewsWire is a top rated news reader for Mac OS X.

  • Akregator is a popular news reader for Linux.

  • If you are a Firefox user, you can download Sage, which is a news reader extension to the browser.

No matter which of the above options you select, you'll need to reference our source page when subscribing to the feed.
