Meet the Speakers

Chris Kearns Senior Vice President Enterprise Applications

Chris Kearns

Chris Kearns is Senior Vice President for Enterprise Applications at Kyndryl, the world’s largest provider of IT infrastructure services serving thousands of enterprise customers in more than 60 countries. Chris and the Enterprise Applications teams are responsible for all enterprise applications across the firm, spanning front-office lead-to-quote processes, back-office quote-to-cash operations, and corporate support functions. He is a champion for innovation and operational excellence, with responsibility for core platforms including Microsoft 365, SAP (S/4HANA to RISE transformation), Workday Human Capital Management, and ServiceNow.

Prior to joining Kyndryl, Chris held executive leadership roles at Corning Incorporated, NBC Universal, the Vanguard Group, Leidos, and Lockheed Martin. He brings more than 25 years of experience in IT and IT services, including roles as global head of Workplace Services and global head of data center engineering. In previous positions, he led a $700M+ IT business with more than 2,000 employees serving U.S. Department of Defense customers.

Chris’s expertise spans operations and cyber defense of critical national infrastructure, private data center and high-performance computing management, secure cloud migration, and enterprise application leadership. He holds a master’s degree in information science from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Scranton. He serves on the Industrial Advisory Board to the Engineering Department at the University of Scranton.

Steve Terlecki, Vice President Enterprise Architecture

Steve Terlecki

Steve Terlecki is Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Kyndryl, serving within the CIO Chief Data Office. A software engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience, Steve has built and led teams delivering large-scale enterprise systems across manufacturing, cybersecurity, and defense industries.

Prior to Kyndryl, Steve architected cloud-based big data platforms, enterprise data lakes, and advanced analytics solutions, most notably at WestRock, where he established enterprise data standards, governance models, and scalable AWS-based data architectures. His work has consistently focused on enabling secure, modern, and data-driven enterprise platforms.

In his current role, Steve leads Enterprise Architecture strategy to align global IT initiatives with business outcomes. He drives modernization of legacy systems, advances AI architecture and governance, and builds scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI-enabled data platforms that support innovation and responsible enterprise-wide transformation.

Nick Piergallini, Vice President Data & AI Enablement

Nick Piergallini is Vice President of Data & AI Enablement at Kyndryl and an executive leader with 30 years of experience driving large-scale operational excellence and enterprise transformation across complex global organizations, including Lockheed Martin and Kyndryl.

Nick leads a global portfolio focused on unifying data, product, and process-led AI
transformation to elevate digital maturity, operational performance, and workforce
capability. He brings deep expertise in large-scale change, workforce transformation, and strategic portfolio execution, consistently delivering measurable business results.

Recognized for building high-performing teams, Nick embeds continuous improvement, design thinking, and value-driven operating models that increase productivity, simplify processes, and strengthen accountability across the enterprise.

Jackie Woodson, Director IT Risk & Compliance

Jackie Woodson

Jackie Woodson is Director of IT Risk & Compliance at Kyndryl and a seasoned leader with deep expertise in governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks. She is known for building robust control environments, driving audit readiness, and leveraging technology and automation—including AI—to enhance efficiency and reduce risk across complex enterprise environments.

Jackie brings a strategic and forward-looking approach to risk and compliance, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies aligned with business objectives. She anticipates emerging risks, manages current risk landscapes, and implements proactive mitigation measures that strengthen organizational resilience.

A strong partner across IT, Finance, and Audit teams, Jackie fosters a culture of
accountability and transparency. She is passionate about transforming risk and
compliance into a proactive, insight-driven capability that enables business growth while safeguarding organizational integrity.

Christopher Keohane, Director Product Management & Experience

Chris Keohane

Christopher Keohane is Director of Product Management & Experience at Kyndryl within the Chief Data & AI Office. He is a strategic product and digital workplace leader who leads data product analysis and user experience design for AI-driven reports, predictive models, and intelligent agents that power business transformation.

Christopher blends product strategy, UX design excellence, and executive storytelling to translate complex processes and technical capabilities into intuitive user journeys and compelling visual narratives. His work drives clarity, alignment, and measurable business impact across diverse stakeholder groups.

With more than 23 years of experience, Christopher has built high-performing enterprise product and experience teams, defined strategic roadmaps, and delivered large-scale digital initiatives across global organizations. He partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft executive-level communications, facilitate design-thinking workshops, and accelerate adoption and transformation momentum. He holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
