MICHAEL BRADSHAW

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADER AWARD

Bradshaw, in his role as Executive Vice President and CIO of NBCUniversal, leads the information technology organization and oversees NBCUniversal’s global IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and strategy.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Bradshaw served as Vice President and CIO for Lockheed Martin’s mission systems and training business. He managed IT services that supported business programs and functions, and led the IT integration for major acquisition, resulting in a global business unit of more than 35,000 employees. He also has served as Vice President of Lockheed Martin’s enterprise IT services, leading the team responsible for enterprise application and infrastructure services.

Bradshaw previously held various leadership positions at IBM, where he led its global IT infrastructure transformation initiatives.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Operations Management.

LINDA DILLMAN

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADER AWARD

Linda Dillman has served as Chief Information Officer for QVC since January 2012. In this role, she develops the global information technology vision and strategy in partnership with QVC’s global senior leadership.Dillman is responsible for establishing and overseeing the IT teams in all QVC Markets:  US, UK, Germany, Italy, Japan and France. Under Linda’s leadership, the Global IT team is helping to build a global brand by offering customers access to a seamlessly integrated, interactive and engaging shopping experience, wherever and whenever the customer chooses. Linda has leveraged her extensive leadership experiences to create a more agile technology platform, which allows QVC to respond very quickly to shifts in customer behavior and viewer preferences.

Dillman began her distinguished career as a computer operator.  She previously spent 18 years with Wal-Mart holding positions of increasing responsibility, including EVP and CIO.  Subsequent to Wal-Mart, she held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, including SVP Global IT.

A seasoned leader, Dillman was recently named one of the Top 10 Women in Retail Tech by Chain Store Age magazine.  In 2015, Dillman was named a Top IT Pro by the Philadelphia Business Journal. She has also been recognized as a Computerworld Premier 100 IT leader for 2014 and a Most Powerful Women in Cable by CableFAX magazine for the past two years. Additionally, Ms. Dillman was named to Fortune’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” for five consecutive years.

She was recently appointed to the GS1 US Board of Governors and is on the board of directors for Cerner, the leading US supplier of healthcare information technology solutions. Dillman earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.

GEORGE LLADO

George Llado - Fox IT Leader Award - 2015

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADER AWARD

George Llado is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Alexion, and is responsible for building the company’s Global Information Technology function, focusing on initiatives that enable Alexion to serve more patients around the world as it prepares to launch a number of new products and indications with anticipated approvals between 2015 and 2018.

Mr. Llado joined Alexion on January 1, 2015. Today, he and his global team develop and implement enterprise-level business applications and infrastructure, expand ERP implementation, manage information security, deliver new analytics tools, and design and deploy systems across Alexion’s R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality functions.

Prior to joining Alexion, Mr. Llado served as Vice President, Information Technology for Merck’s manufacturing and supply chain organizations, where he led the planning and development of IT solutions for the company’s Manufacturing Division. Before that, Mr. Llado was Merck’s Vice President, Corporate IT and business line CIO for several functions. He also successfully managed the large-scale merger integration of Merck and Schering-Plough for the IT and Shared Business Services organizations. In addition, Mr. Llado has held several other positions of increasing responsibility at Merck, and previously worked at Citibank, N.A. earlier in his career.

Mr. Llado serves on the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) Board and the Temple Fox IT Advisory Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.

JOHN T. MARCANTE

John T. Marcante - Fox IT Leader Award - 2014

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADER AWARD

John T. Marcante is Vanguard’s chief information officer and managing director of Vanguard’s Information Technology Division. Vanguard is the world’s largest mutual fund company with more than $2.6 trillion in global assets under management. Mr. Marcante oversees all aspects of Vanguard’s worldwide technology agenda to serve clients and manage investments.

Mr. Marcante, with more than 26 years of experience in the business and technology fields, joined Vanguard in 1993. After serving in a number of leadership roles throughout the company, he returned to the IT division in 2012 and was named Vanguard’s chief information officer and managing director. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Marcante led Vanguard’s Institutional IT organization, supporting Vanguard’s Institutional Investor Group, which serves institutions, such as endowments and foundations, and is a leading provider of company-sponsored retirement plans.

Shortly after September 11, 2001, Mr. Marcante became the head of Global Technology Operations, focusing on data center management and disaster recovery. He was responsible for building out and managing Vanguard’s global infrastructure. From there, Mr. Marcante moved from IT to lead Vanguard’s Unmatchable Excellence program in 2004, where he managed Black Belts throughout the company with the chief purpose of creating an internal Six Sigma and Lean consulting organization focused on helping Vanguard’s businesses achieve their strategic goals. The following year, Mr. Marcante rotated to Vanguard’s Advice Services organization, where he managed CFPs (Certified Financial Planners) with the mission of re-engineering how Vanguard serves clients with financial advice.

In 2006, Mr. Marcante assumed leadership of Vanguard’s Asset Management Services and the Flagship group, which serves high-net-worth individuals. He led a major effort to reinvent the Flagship service model to maximize client loyalty. Mr. Marcante began his IT career at General Electric in a two-year Info System Management program and held various leadership roles while there. He earned his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University.

SUJA CHANDRASEKARAN

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LEADER AWARD

Suja Chandrasekaran is the Vice President of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) of Walmart’s Information Systems Division. She is responsible for establishing the overall strategic direction of Walmart’s expanding EIM function. Suja leads the development, implementation and ongoing operation of EIM products and services and is technical subject matter expert for the future direction of information management initiatives.

Before joining Walmart in 2012, Suja was the Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at The Timberland Company. She also worked at PepsiCo where she spent three years as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for PepsiCo, North America with responsibilities across Frito-Lay, Pepsi Beverages, Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade across all business units. Prior to her role at PepsiCo, Suja led business transformation at Nestle Americas.

Suja earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras in Madras, India. She has a Master’s degree in Business Systems from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.  She has also received a bachelor’s executive development education from the London Business School in London, England.
